1.  Disable security software (anti-virus/firewall)
2.  Close other browsers

1. Open Settings
2. Open Safari submenu
3. Under Privacy & Security section, open Block Cookies
4. Set Cookies and Website Data to "Always Allow"
5. Once done, reload Dafabet Mobile page first before logging in again

How to clear Cookies, Cache and Browsing History?

Internet Explorer

1.  Open IE
2.  Tools > Internet Options
3.  General Tab > Browsing History
4.  Click Delete button (new pop-up window will appear)
5.  Check the following:
     a. Temporary Internet Files
     b. Cookies
     c. History
     d. Download History
     e. Form Data
     f. Passwords
6.  Click Delete.
7.  Click Apply then Ok.

Mozilla Firefox

1.  Open Mozilla Firefox
2.  Tools > Options > Clear Recent History (new pop up window will appear)
3.  Time range to clear: Everything
4.  Check all the boxes below.
5.  Click Clear Now

Google Chrome

1.  Open Google Chrome
2.  Click Customize and control Google Chrome button at the upper right corner, beside star.
3.  Choose Settings > Show Advanced Settings (if prompted)
4.  Privacy > Click Clear browsing data  (new pop up window will appear)
5.  Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time
6.  Check all the boxes underneath.
7.  Click Clear browsing data.

Safari Web Browser

1.  Open Safari Web Browser
2.  Edit > Preferences > Privacy Tab
3.  Cookies and other website data: Click Remove All Website Data (new pop-up window appear)
4.  Click Remove Now
5.  Close the dialog box.

How to turn off  Auto Complete Feature?

Internet Explorer

1.  Open IE > Click tools. 
2.  Select ‘Internet Options’
3.  Under the Content tab, in the Autocomplete section, click the Settings button. 
4.  Within this window, you can select the fields in which you'd like to store Autocomplete data by using the checkboxes. This action turns Autocomplete On or Off based on what boxes are checked. 
5.  Once you have made your selections, click OK. 

Mozilla Firefox

1.  Open Mozilla > Click Menu Firefox Menu Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 
2.  Select Options from the dropdown menu
3.  Under the Privacy tab, in the History section, click the down arrow in the box next to Firefox will: and select Use custom settings for my history. 
4.  A number of checkboxes should appear allowing you to customize what Firefox remembers from your browsing. The box labelled Remember search and form history toggles Autocomplete On or Off. 
5.  Once you have made you browsing privacy selections, click OK. 

Google Chrome

1.  Open Chrome > Click Menu Chrome Settings Icon in the upper right-hand corner
2.  From the dropdown menu select Settings 
3.  At the bottom of the Settings window, click Show advanced settings
4.  Next, locate the Privacy section.
5.  The checkbox labelled Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar or the app launcher search box toggles Autocomplete On or Off. 
6.  Under the Passwords and forms tab, you may also want to toggle the Enable Autofill to fill out web forms in a single click checkbox.
7.  Close the Settings window when you are finished. 

Safari Web Browser

1.  Click on Safari in the program menu and select Preferences in the drop-down list.
2.  Click on the Autofill tab on that Preferences window.
3.  Click on each of the check boxes next to the Autofill options to deselect them, turning off the Autocomplete for each option.
